A New Milestone for Unic Rotarex®: Our First Steel-Framed House in Croatia

2026 is a year of achievements and new beginnings for Unic Rotarex®. Following the expansion of our production capacity with the opening of a new production hall, we are marking another important milestone in the company’s development: the first Unic Rotarex® light gauge steel-framed house in Croatia!

Produced in Romania using cold-formed galvanized steel profiles, this house structure is now taking shape on a new European construction site, adding Croatia to the map of Unic Rotarex® international projects.

Two different achievements, driven by the same vision: growth, investment, and construction solutions that go beyond borders.

The First Unic Rotarex® House in Croatia: Visible Progress After Just Two and a Half Days

The new residential project is well underway, and the results are already visible. Just two and a half days after the structure was delivered to the construction site, a significant portion of the exterior walls and interior partitions had already been assembled.

The steel profiles are manufactured by Unic Rotarex® in Romania according to the project’s technical documentation and prepared for on-site assembly. We also pre-assemble structural elements at our factory whenever their dimensions allow for transport without requiring special oversized-load arrangements. This approach combines manufacturing expertise and precision to streamline on-site operations and further reduce assembly time.

From Production Investments to Projects Beyond Borders

The opening of our new production hall and the completion of the first Unic Rotarex® house in Croatia are two milestones we are proud to celebrate this year.

On the one hand, we are investing in expanding our production capacity in Romania. On the other, we continue to bring our light gauge steel structures to new markets and international clients.

Croatia is now a new destination on the Unic Rotarex® project map, joining our portfolio of projects across Europe and beyond.

For us, every project means more than just a steel structure. It represents a new partnership, a new technical challenge, and another step towards building a strong international portfolio.
