De obicei, atunci cand cineva mentioneaza o constructie cu cadre metalice, ne gandim la cadrele grele, sudate si ruginite, ale unui zgarie-nori sau ale unui depozit dintr-o zona industriala. Cu toate acestea, in ultima vreme, conceptul de constructie cu cadre din otel a evoluat catre un concept modern de cadre usoare din structuri metalice modulare, pe care le putem folosi in configuratii familiare, atat in cladirile rezidentiale, cat si in cele comerciale.<br \/><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-size ); font-style: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-style ); font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); letter-spacing: var( --e-global-typography-text-letter-spacing ); text-transform: var( --e-global-typography-text-text-transform ); word-spacing: var( --e-global-typography-text-word-spacing );\">Constructiile cu structuri metalice usoare sunt realizate din profile de otel galvanizat de calibru usor, formate la rece, conectate pentru a forma o retea in toate directiile. Panourile si grinzile de acoperis\/podea servesc drept sistem portant al cladirii. De asemenea, ele servesc drept suport pentru materialele de placare, reducand astfel nevoia de structuri secundare.<\/span><\/p><p>In timp ce alte industrii tind sa evolueze foarte mult in ceea ce priveste metodele de productie, utilizarea tehnologiei pentru a ajuta procesele, industria constructiilor, in principal sectorul rezidential, pare sa stagneze la aceleasi practici folosite de prea mult timp.<\/p><p>Necesitatea unor metode moderne de constructie este obligatorie pentru a inlocui sistemul traditional de caramida\/beton si sistemele de constructie in santier. Acestea sunt consumatoare de timp si resurse, sunt costisitoare si nu sunt ecologice. Cu siguranta, sistemul de constructie cu structuri metalice usoare se dovedeste a fi de departe cea mai buna solutie care ar putea revitaliza sectorul constructiilor. In plus, poate oferi solutii de inalta calitate la problemele sociale din jurul tarilor dezvoltate si subdezvoltate deopotriva.<\/p><p>Nivel ridicat de prefabricare pentru constructia cu cadre usoare din otel:<\/p><ul><li>Producem profilele pe o masina CNC in conformitate cu specificatiile proiectantului la dimensiunile exacte. Toate operatiile necesare se fac automat pe profile pentru a usura montajul.<\/li><li>Materialele de finisare sunt, de asemenea, prefabricate, materialele de placare &#8211; OSB, placi de ciment, placi de gips-carton, etc.<\/li><li>Livram panourile ca fiind preasamblate in fabrica sau in pachete plate.<\/li><\/ul><p>Calitatea de constructie uimitoare a cadrelor din otel:<\/p><ul><li>Otelul este un material stabil, care nu se misca, nu crapa si nu se faramiteaza in timp. Usile si ferestrele dvs. se vor deschide si inchide corespunzator.<\/li><li>Toate dimensiunile si unghiurile sunt asa cum au fost proiectate.<\/li><li>Controlul calitatii este usor de urmarit de la materia prima la productie si dincolo de aceasta.<\/li><li>Otelul nu prinde si nu intretine focul.<\/li><li>Otelul nu va rugini, deoarece este galvanizat.<\/li><\/ul><p>Eficienta crescuta a costurilor:<\/p><ul><li>Risipa minima de materiale pentru otel si materiale de finisare, de asemenea.
