Ils ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7us pour supporter un certain nombre d&rsquo;\u00e9tages et pour que les clients puissent ult\u00e9rieurement ajouter des niveaux sup\u00e9rieurs. L&rsquo;attribution de charges suppl\u00e9mentaires en plus de la construction existante est un probl\u00e8me. Les constructions m\u00e9talliques l\u00e9g\u00e8res apportent une charge beaucoup plus faible que les constructions conventionnelles.
