\"Say<\/a>When the site master will ask for the certification for the structures made with workers with a circular grinder and you won’t be able to advance with your building, what will you do?!!!<\/p>

Reg. (EU) No 305\/2011<\/strong> establishes the harmonized conditions for commercializing construction products and abrogates Directive no. 89\/106\/CEE; this is applied obligatory to all producers of construction products. According to Reg. (EU) No 305\/2011, it is considered a construction product any product or set manufactured and introduced in the market with the purpose of being permanently incorporated in buildings or parts of the buildings and it affects the performance of the building; the factory production control represents the intern control permanently documented, according to the technical relevant specifications.<\/p>

From 01 July 2014, according to the provisions of Art. 17 para. (5) of Regulation (EU) No 305\/2011, all manufacturers are obliged to apply the CE marking on all steel constructions products which have a structural role according to European harmonized standard SR EN 1090-1+A1:2012 and the execution standard SR EN 1090-2+A1:2012, for steel elements, and the execution standard SR EN 1090-3 for aluminum elements.<\/strong><\/div>
In order to respect these, the producer must have a CPF conformity certificate, issued by a notified organism, based on which he can issue the declaration of performance and apply the Ce marking on the product. The conformity evaluation refers to the manufacturing characteristics and also, when needed, to the design characteristics.<\/div>

In case the assembling of elements is done by welding, the producer must also implement all requirements of the standard series SR EN ISO 3834 (according to the execution class).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
