Unic Rotarex® steel houses stand the test of time

Steel houses are still considered a new product on the Romanian market, although this construction system is not exactly new. Lightweight steel structures have been used for house construction since 100 years ago. Unic Rotarex® is one of the pioneers in this field, having been in this market for 24 years.

Besides the fact that our construction system has been constantly improved over the years, Unic Rotarex® is certified by TÜV SÜD Munich to produce these structures. Our structures are accompanied on delivery by quality documents: performance declaration, quality certificate, and warranty certificate. That’s not all, we have also implemented a quality control system in the factory and use only the highest quality steel from Voestalpine Austria.
